Building Surveying is a long established and core part of our business. The need for effective building surveying practice is in high demand and the range of skills and knowledge our surveyors possess has proven invaluable. We have long lasting and in going business relationships gained through our success as acting surveyors.  
 
Fully Chartered and Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors our range of services have spanned many sectors and different projects that include new builds, alterations, refurbishments and extensions. Architectural Design 
 
As Building Surveyors we actively participate in the design and specification of buildings we build, alter or refurbish. Haldons have long been providing architectural design services and can offer the following services: 
 
Acting as Lead Consultant in the design of a project 
Concept design, including feasibility studies 
Detailed design drawings 
Detailed specification drawings 
Preparation of tender issue drawings for Contractors 
Working drawings 
Full Local Authority Planning and Building Regulations drawings 
 
 
Contract Administration 
 
This role is combined with other roles that Haldons offer. As Contract Administrators we are ensuring the Contract is carried out to expectations and perform all administrative duties involved, which include: 
 
Issuing of all certificates of payment, instructions, making good and final completion 
Employers Agent role (please refer to Employers Agent page) 
Quality control of works 
Undertake site investigations and valuations of works for payment
