Acting on behalf of our Clients/Employer who wish to carry out work on a ‘design and build’ contract, Haldons can fulfill the role of Employer's Agent.
Our knowledge and experience in undertaking this role has been gained over many years of practice, working on a vast array of projects through different sectors.
When undertaking the role of Employer's Agent, Haldons provide the following service:
Preparation of Employer's required documents
Undertake appraisal schemes
Feasibility studies of monetary and generic risks
Manage and advise on appointment of contractors
Document and contract advice and preparation
Manage the tender process, assessment of tenders and contractors proposals
Full project monitoring and contract administration including issuing Architects Instructions, Interim Payment
Certificates, Non Completion Certificates, Practical Completion Certificates, Making Good Defects and carrying out latent defects inspection for final payment
Issue Final payment certificate followed by agreeing Final Account Statement with contractor
