Post Contract
Following the commencement of work our role as an effective Project Manager comes to the fore. We act as the main point of information and contact for all parties involved ensuring a smooth operation is carried out, attend to problems as they arise and enforce the clients best interest at all times.
Team leadership and co-ordination of all necessary resources for effective production of the project
On going site monitoring of construction works, enforcing quality of workmanship, adhering to Clients brief and keeping within the design aims to reach the pre determined goal
Produce regular client reports on progress and liaison with Contractor to monitor progress
Monitor project progress via visual graph diagrams, report on budgetary factors including financial status and highlight any risks to Contract period
