Brief Project Description

Plan and carry out 4 facet surveys of over 60 DPT properties throughout Devon to capture current data of Building Condition, Space Utilisation, Quality Assessment & Statutory Compliance.
All data was captured and presented in compliance with the ‘Estate Code’ of practice and fully costed allowing maintenance budgets to be planned for the next ten years.
