1. What type of surveys can you provide?

We specialise in undertaking and preparing detailed condition reports on properties; scheduling and costing defects found. Haldons do not offer the RICS Homebuyer Survey.

2. What will the new Home Information Pack mean to me?

From 2007 it is proposed that you will need to provide to prospective purchasers an information pack relating to the condition of a property. The survey in preparation of this Pack will need to be undertaken by a Licensed Home Inspector. Haldons can provide this service through its fully qualified surveying staff.
