As the Government proposes to introduce Home Information Packs (HIP’s) in 2007 in order to reform the home buying and selling process in England and Wales, it will require home owners or their selling agents to have an HIP prepared before putting a property on the market, and to make a copy of the Pack available to prospective buyers on request.
