Property Market is Booming! Stamp Duty Land Tax relaxation rules until 31 March 2021

If you purchase a residential property between 8 July 2020 to 31 March 2021, you only start to pay Stamp Duty land Tax (SDLT) on the amount that you pay for the property above £500,000. CIF Funding Awarded to Bradon Forest School, Swindon

Update on Denbury Affordable Housing Development

Works progressing well on the new affordable housing development in Denbury, Devon. Site Wide Roof Assessment - Dorset County Hospital

Dorset County Hospital have recently instructed Haldons to undertake visual inspection surveys of all roofs across their site, and to record RAG rated condition and advise on necessary repairs. Historic Grade II Listed Pub Being Converted Into Community Ownership

The Peninsula Trust is an organisation based on the Rame Peninsula which supports the local Community. The Trust recently purchased The Old Ship Inn at Cawsand which has been derelict and empty for years, before being destroyed by fire in 2013. The fire utterly destroyed the interior, leaving just the Grade II Listed front wall facing the street. The Trust now wishes to bring it back to life under Community ownership. It is a huge site, with ample room for new buildings and their plan is to create new homes for local people and new community facilities on the ground floor, including a cafe and Heritage Centre.
